In Gehry’s design, there are two towers, totaling 2,034 apartments. Where Duncan Street joins King Street West, there is one on each side of the street. Metro Hall, David Pecaut Square, and Roy Thomson Hall are all across the street from one other. With a mezzanine and a four-level podium of retail, the west tower meets the definition of ‘Supertall’. Along with the residential facilities on the podium-top level, four floors of office space. at last, with condo units on the floors above the tower. To the west, a small portion of the structure will extend over the Princess of Wales Theatre. The pedestal for the east tower will have two levels for OCAD University, three levels of office space, three levels of retail space (including a mezzanine), and three levels of retail. Similar to the west tower, the condo units will be located above the first two levels, which will house the amenities, such as the podium-top patio.
